Bean has arrived!

Isabel was born on December 15 @ 0640 weighing 8lbs 8oz and 20" long.
She is absolutely precious and we can't imagine life without her.

22 weeks!

22 Weeks!

How far along? 22 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +9 ish
Maternity clothes? Pants yes, shirt not so much
Sleep: okay, in our recent heat wave it hasn't been great for anyone sleeping
Best moment this week: SEEING the baby at the ultrasound :)
Movement: yep, yay! Nat can even feel them if he's here at the right time.
Food cravings: Fruit
Gender: A boy or a girl :)
Labor Signs: no, yay!
Belly Button in or out? In
What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach.
What I am looking forward to: travelling home to see everyone
Weekly Wisdom: Rest when you need it, while you still can.

Nursery beginnings

Now before you get the idea that Nat and I are very organized and getting the nursery put together very early I want to tell you that I am the type of person who shops for Christmas gifts all year round. I see something someone will like and I buy it. This is how we ended up with our crib set and crib already. Both on sale :)

The crib is set up so that it didn't get scratched leaning against the wall but it's pretty odd to glance in the sewing room on my way down the hall and do a double take seeing the large white ark in the room.
